We offer FREE standard delivery on orders over £500 which do not have a cold chain item. For orders under £500 a fee of £10 will be applied to the order to cover delivery with DPD. All orders must be placed and paid for by 4pm in order, to receive next day delivery before noon within the United Kingdom. Orders to Northern Ireland will be shipped with DHL courier service and must be placed and paid for by 2:30pm in order to receive next day. Next day delivery to Northern Ireland will be anytime on the day of delivery.

Cold chain orders placed and paid for on a Friday before the cut off time are eligible for all-day Saturday delivery. If you miss the Friday cut off cold chain items will be dispatched Monday to arrive Tuesday.

DPD parcels sent to residential addresses will be delivered into a local Pick Up Shop, should the recipient not be available to accept their delivery on the first attempt.

When our couriers deliver DPD parcels sent to business addresses and the recipient is not available, our courier will automatically re-attempt delivery the following day.
